The previously implemented system frequently experienced delays in data acquisition due to server downtime and measurement interruptions due to camera malfunctions, hindering operations.

The repair costs incurred each time a malfunction occurred were also a significant burden.

Furthermore, as we restructured our brand, acquiring accurate and stable customer traffic data to optimize store operations became an urgent necessity.

Solution through implementation

Since implementation, server downtime has been eliminated, and more accurate data measurement is now possible.

By sharing the calculated purchase rates at store manager meetings and morning briefings, we are able to optimize store operations based on data, such as verifying the effectiveness of strategies and appropriately allocating staff.

Furthermore, since support is included in the monthly fee, we are able to operate the system affordably, minimizing unexpected repair costs.
